Vocal Coach, Recording Artist, Stage And Television Performer, Public Speaker, Author, Songwriter, Musician, Studio Producer - Music
Judy will begin her 12-week course by assessing the student's vocal strengths and weaknesses to get a gauge of where improvements can be made and where strengths already lie. This assessment will help her to identify and teach each individual student some specific techniques that will help correct any weaknesses or bad vocal habits they may have. Once issues and weaknesses have been addressed, Judy will help students to optimize their vocal abilities and expand on these beyond what they have ever been able to achieve in the past. Topics and exercises that will be covered throughout the course include breath and breathing, opening up the throat, correctly communicating, adjusting the intonation, proper articulation, learning particular or requested styles, determining each student's unique range, pitch precision and any other vocal interest or issues that a student may have. Judy can also teach students who are interested in recording vocals in a recording studio some important techniques and reveal her top tips for success in this environment. Equally, if students are hoping to perform on stage, whether this is with a band or as part of a musical, Judy can provide words of wisdom and helpful tips for success in these environments.
