    These Zumba classes Swathi will incorporate various elements to enhance your workout experience:

    • Bodyweight exercises: Squats, lunges, push-ups, and burpees into your Zumba routine. These exercises require no additional equipment and help to improve strength and endurance.
    • Resistance bands: Incorporating portable and affordable resistance training elements into your Zumba workout. Learning to utilize resistance bands for exercises like bicep curls, tricep extensions, and lateral raises, effectively targeting specific muscle groups.
    • Weight training: Incorporating weights such as dumbbells or kettlebells in your Zumba sessions. Starting with an appropriate weight and gradually increase as you progress.
    • The "pause" method: Incorporating brief strength training exercises during short breaks. This dynamic approach allows you to engage in both dance and strength training, keeping your heart rate up while working on your muscular endurance.

    About the Teacher:  Swathi Maller is an internationally licensed Zumba instructor. She has been in the fitness field for the past 9yrs and has trained 500-plus ladies and kids.

    She is a fitness trainer by profession and someone who loves to change people’s life positively and bring a healthy change in each one’s lifestyle.
