In the advanced course, you delve into dancing with your soul. This phase intensifies technically, engaging your core—your stomach, lower abdomen, and chest—in a meditative exploration of self. The insights gained transcend dance, enriching your artistic expression. This final level offers a deeper, more profound connection, amplifying the clarity and meaning of your movements.
This advanced course covers everything you need to know about technique, from start to finish. We take each move and break it down slowly and carefully, making sure you understand it entirely.
You'll also do warm-up exercises to improve your stamina. It will help you move quickly. We'll practice drills to help you get faster and we'll put together combinations of moves to challenge you.
Repeating what we have learned regularly and in a disciplined manner makes it our nature to us, like riding a bike or swimming. Once you're confident and comfortable with the basics, you can move freely without thinking too much. That's when the real magic happens – when you feel connected to yourself and the movements flow naturally.
