Western Classical Violin | for Beginners, Intermediates and Professionals

Over the course of 30 weeks, each 60-minute class will focus on key elements such as the correct posture for Violin playing, bow arm exercises, finger exercises for flexibility and dexterity, ear training for better intonation, methods to improve tonal quality, lessons, sight-reading and music theory, classical pieces and songs(for intermediate and advanced students). Learning this course will let the students handle the instrument in a genuine and efficient way. For Violinists, who are used to other styles of Violin playing (Carnatic, Hindustani, Arabic, etc.), joining this course will definitely be an enhancement of your craft.

This course combines musical theory, exercises, and lessons together and enables you to explore western classical music through your instrument. Since the instructor is also trained in Carnatic Violin, the course would be easily adaptable for pupils who had been following other styles of Violin playing.
