About the instructor: Meera Krishnan is a well-known personality in the media industry. She started her career as a singer and performed worldwide along with all leading composers and singers on stage. She has performed in many music video albums as a singer. She has sung in Tamil films like Arunachala, Gopala Gopala etc, to name a few. She has done Veena Concerts in marriage functions, public shows, corporate shows for the past many years all over the world. She is also known as a News Reader by the media as she was a new reader in Doordarshan and then in Sun TV. She is now performing in various Tamil, Malayalam movies, Television serials, and ad films. She completed her post-graduation in music and is an acclaimed, proficient veena player and one of the few to perform Konnakkol as well.
