Guitar Classes for All Levels

Depending on the current skill level of each student, Quiney will cover the basics, including how to read and write music, basic performance instruction, and guitar tuning. At an intermediate level, instructor Quiney will teach musical theory and refine playing skills through guided practice and skills assessments. Once students are ready for advanced instruction, he will cover musical arrangements and accompaniment so guitarists are ready to create musical compositions of their own and perform with the quality of a master.

For beginners taking this course, successful completion of this course will ensure students are able to read basic musical notation and play beginner pieces. For intermediate or advanced level students, the course goals will be discussed with the instructor at the beginning of the course and students will work with the instructor to meet their individual educational goals.
