Q: How much time should a student enroll for this course practice every day?

This course will require practice time outside of lessons. Time spent practicing may vary from 15 minutes per day to an hour, depending on a student’s level of interest. Students who wish to become professional musicians will need more hours of practice per day using a different set of exercises and materials than students who are seeking to learn music as a hobby. A detailed structure of practice for each student will be discussed and explained during class.

Q: What if a student is unable to attend an upcoming class?

The student is required to inform the teacher about his absence from a particular session, two days before the class. In such a case, the teacher will reschedule the class and conduct the rescheduled class on or before the end (i.e. Saturday) of the ensuing week or such other time as may be mutually decided between the teacher and the student. In case the student misses to give two days prior notice about his absence to the teacher, then the decision to conduct another class for that student is completely based on the teacher’s discretion.

Q: How long will a teacher take to revert to students’ queries after class hours?

Students should get a response within 24 hours if the teacher is not preoccupied or traveling.

Q: What if the teacher wishes to reschedule a class?

'Learn Knife Painting with Priyanka Agarwal | Beginner Level' - is a beginner course for those who wish to learn the palette knife painting techniques using acrylics to create a beautiful landscape on canvas. Palette knife painting involves impasto like thick color application using knives to obtain the 3-dimensional textured effect. This is a course that will be taught online, live and on a 1-on-1 basis. The curriculum will be divided over a span of 2 hour classes, which will be held twice, every week. About the Course

This is an online live, 1-on-1 course that takes place in the duration of 5 weeks with 2 sessions per week, (120 minutes per session). Students will be creating a beautiful painting inspired by the original artwork of the great artist Leonid Afremov. There is no age limit here, as anyone from the age of 7 onwards, can start learning this course. The teacher for the course, Priyanka Agarwal, will continue providing you with constant instructions, different knife painting techniques, and reference material during the live sessions as well. This course will be beneficial in improving your attention span and it will help you with the following: a) creating pieces with patches done by palette knives b) It develops your skills to paint textures. c) It helps in critical thinking and reasoning when you draw lines with the help of the knife. d) You will be adding one more key skill to your extra-curricular skill set.
