Hindustani classical music employs a scientific approach to training the voice that helps the singers reach the zenith of their vocal possibilities. This course is designed to initiate students into that training process.
This is a 12-week course that invites absolute beginners to vocalists who have been out of practice for a while. The lessons learned in this course will include fundamental Hindustani classical music concepts that will remain an anchor for your musical career for the rest of your life.
It is important to note that the total duration of the course which is mentioned as 12 weeks can come down or get extended depending on the student’s ability to learn the concepts.

About the Teacher
Supriyo Dutta is a distinguished performer in Hindustani Vocal Classical music and has performed extensively in India and the United States of America, Australia, Europe, Srilanka, etc.
He has trained under some of the finest and legendary icons of Indian classical music, namely, Pandit Ramkrishna Basu(Indore Gharana), Padmashri & Sangeet Natak Academy Ratna awardee Pandit Vijay Kichlu & Vidushi Subhra Guha.
He has been a National Scholar under the Ministry of Culture and was awarded a Gold medal by the President. He has been conferred with Prasun Bandyopadhyay Memorial Award and is an esteemed Indian Council for Cultural Relations member.
