This beginner course will include basic exercises like Janti swaras, Daatu swaras, Alankaras with different speeds, Geetams, and swarajatis. The course is divided over the duration of 24 weeks depending upon the student's ability and practice. Singing by itself involves regulating the flow of breath in and out of the body. Alongside the sound energy of Nada Yoga and its vibrations, Carnatic Music evokes positive physical and spiritual influences, relieving you of all stress. Carnatic music learners tend to possess improved and sharp brain functions, such as hearing, memory, etc. the effects of which are enduring and protect the brain from the depredations of aging. The learning helps dedicated students develop a keen sense of listening, internalize, introspect, and execute tasks with utmost precision.

About The Instructor: Sindhu Suchethan is a professional Carnatic musician who performs both Carnatic Vocal and Carnatic Violin, the disciple of Ganakalashree vidwan HK Narasimha Murthy, Vid.HN Rajalakshmi, Vid.Pushpasreenivasan and Violin Maestro vid.HN Bhaskar. An 'A' graded artist of All India Radio and Doordarshan, she is a recipient of CCRT scholarship from the Central government and awarded "Purandara award from Indiranagar Sangeetha sabha "Ananya Puraskara" from Ananya Bangalore, "Best Concert award" from Madras Music Academy, Chennai, "Nada Kishori' from Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha, Mysore, to name a few. She has performed with many senior and leading artists and also been performing duet concerts with her younger sister Vid.HM Smitha. They have released many albums Like Navarasa series, Vishnusahasranama, Lalitha sahasranama, Shyamaladanka, Aditya Hridaya stotra and many more from their YouTube channel Sindhu Smitha.
